This notice explains the information involved when you use this website or contact SRS about a testing or consultancy requirement. Please share only the contact and project details needed to discuss your enquiry.

The online enquiry form is currently disabled. It does not accept or send submissions. Phone and email links are available if you would like to contact us directly.

Information you choose to share

If you contact us by email or phone, we may receive your name, contact details, project information and correspondence. Our current published email address uses Gmail. Your own email or telephone provider also handles the communication.

The planned online form has fields for your name, phone number, optional email address, service interest and project message. No form information is collected through that disabled interface at this stage.

How enquiry information is used

Information shared with us is used to understand the requirement, respond to you, discuss scope and scheduling, and maintain relevant correspondence. If an assignment is agreed, handling of its reports and project records may also be covered by the written agreement.

An enquiry is not a subscription to promotional messages. This website has no newsletter sign-up or marketing mailing-list feature.

Technical information and cookies

A website request involves technical information such as the IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. A hosting or security provider may process this information to deliver the site, investigate faults and manage abuse.

The current custom build has no advertising trackers or optional analytics integration. Its fonts are hosted with the site. No optional analytics or marketing cookie controls are presented because those features are not configured. This notice will be reviewed before analytics or additional tracking is introduced.

Planned online enquiry services

The online form is not connected to the following services yet. The planned setup uses them for the purposes below; the actual configuration and this notice must be reviewed before online submissions are enabled.

  • Cloudflare Pages: website delivery and security, involving technical request information.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: spam-prevention checks using browser and request signals.
  • Resend: delivery of an enquiry email, involving the submitted contact details, service interest and message.
  • Cloudflare Email Routing: forwarding business email to the configured destination mailbox.
  • Google Gmail: receipt and handling of business correspondence in the published business mailbox.

Sharing and processing locations

Enquiries may be handled by people responsible for responding to the requirement and by the communication providers needed to deliver and store correspondence. We do not use this website to sell enquiry information or publish your message.

Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or to address a legitimate dispute or security concern. Service providers may process information outside India. Their applicable terms, processing locations and safeguards must be considered when the planned online service is configured.

Keeping and protecting information

Relevant correspondence may need to be kept to respond to an enquiry, manage an agreed assignment, meet applicable record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. The retention schedule, mailbox access and deletion process for the planned online enquiry service must be confirmed before it is activated.

Security and access arrangements should match the information being handled. No website or email service can promise absolute protection. Please use the contact details below if you believe information has been sent to us in error or have a privacy concern.

Your questions and choices

You may contact SRS to ask what enquiry information we hold, correct inaccurate contact details, request deletion or ask us to stop an enquiry follow-up. We will consider the request in light of the information held and applicable obligations.

We may ask for limited information to establish that a request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained for an agreed assignment, a legal obligation or a dispute. No fixed response deadline or automatic deletion promise is made in this draft.
